Real Results From the Field

RenewNC

26 Hours. Demolition to Certificate of Occupancy.
The first manufactured home installed through North Carolina's Renew NC program for Hurricane Helene recovery. After the existing structure was demolished, we cleared, graded and prepped the site, delivered and installed the new home, built the decks, connected utilities, installed skirting, and passed all inspections — in just 26 hours. Governor Josh Stein attended the home's dedication, and the project is currently featured on RenewNC’s website.

Medallion Communities

30 Homes. 6 Parks. One Turnkey Partner.
Medallion Communities manages several manufactured home parks across the Asheville area. Their model involves acquiring older communities and increasing asset value by replacing aging homes and improving amenities, which requires consistent, multi-site installation capacity without disruption to residents or timelines. Over the course of 2025, we completed 30 turnkey installations across six of their parks. The partnership continues into 2026.

Samaritan’s Purse

60 Homes for Hurricane Helene Survivors. One Year.
When Hurricane Helene devastated western North Carolina, Samaritan's Purse needed a contractor who could deliver turnkey installations at volume, across a wide geography, under significant time pressure. Over the course of 2025, we completed 60 installations at sites ranging from Tennessee to Boone, Hendersonville, and Waynesville, each one supporting Samari-tan's Purse's mission to return families displaced by the storm to permanent housing.

Tiny Life Homes

Clearing the Bottleneck So the Dealer Could Keep Selling.
Tiny Life Homes is a successful tiny home and mountain cabin dealer in Franklin, NC, deep in western North Carolina where qualified set crews and contractors are scarce. Business was booming with AirBnB demand, but they hit a wall: new orders were stacking up and they had no reliable contractor to transport and install. We stepped in as their dedicated install partner and cleared the backlog, letting their sales team get back to what they do best: selling homes.
