Manufactured Home Installation Partner for Realtors and Land Brokers

Quartz Transport & Install partners with realtors, land brokers, and real estate agents across the Southeast to help buyers understand what it takes to put a manufactured home on the properties they are considering. When a buyer can see the path from raw land to a finished, occupied home, the deal moves faster. We help you deliver that clarity without having to become an installation expert yourself.

As a turn-key specialist, QTI handles all steps of the manufactured home installation process in-house, and with one point of contact, including:

  • Demolition of damaged or condemned homes when a site requires it
  • Site preparation
  • Footers
  • Transport of single-wide and double-wide homes
  • Home set and installation, including placement, leveling, anchoring, and structural securing
  • Skirting
  • Interior trim
  • Exterior trim and siding completion
  • Decking, porches, steps, and ramps

For realtors representing buyers on land or acreage that could support a manufactured home, QTI provides the operational answer to the buyer’s next question: what would it take to put a home on this? We take that from site evaluation through Certificate of Occupancy. Whether the buyer is a family purchasing land for a home, an investor placing a rental property, or a developer looking at acreage for a manufactured home community, we help you fill in the installation picture so the deal can close.

The problem realtors already know about

You have a great piece of land. The buyer is interested. But then comes the question you cannot fully answer for them: what would it actually take to put a home on this?

What does site prep look like? Who handles the well and septic? What about permits? How much does installation cost? How long does it take?

If the buyer cannot picture the path from land to livable home, the deal stalls. Not because the land was wrong, but because the next step felt too unclear to commit to.

The same thing happens on the investor and community side. A buyer sees potential in a property for a manufactured home park or infill project, but without a clear sense of installation logistics, timeline, and cost, the deal loses momentum.

You should not have to become an installation expert to sell land. You just need a partner who is one.

Common scenarios where QTI helps close deals

Manufactured home installation questions come up across a range of listings realtors work with:

  • Rural or residential land listings. A family wants to buy land and put a manufactured home on it but does not know where to start with installation. When you connect them with Quartz, the listing has a complete story.
  • Land and home investment deals. An investor is looking at a parcel for a rental property. They need to understand what it costs to get a manufactured home installed and operational. We provide the numbers and the process.
  • Community and park development opportunities. A buyer is evaluating land for a manufactured home community. They need to understand installation logistics, volume capacity, and timeline before they commit. We can help them see the operational side clearly.

How QTI helps realtors and their buyers

For realtors and the buyers you represent, a few things matter when connecting to an installation partner:

  • We answer the installation question. When your buyer asks what it would take to put a home on a property, you have someone to point them to. We evaluate the site, scope the work, and give them a clear picture of what installation involves, including cost, timeline, and process.
  • We help with home procurement. For buyers who have not selected a home yet, we can assist with procurement, helping them source the right manufactured home for the site, the project, and the budget. That turns a land listing into a land and home opportunity.
  • We make land and home packages more sellable. When you can present a buyer with not just the land but a credible path to a finished, occupied home, the property becomes a different conversation. We help you offer that path without having to take on the coordination yourself.
  • We give investors and community buyers confidence. Investors evaluating land for rental properties or manufactured home communities need to understand installation economics before they commit. We provide the operational clarity that helps them underwrite the deal.

How the partnership works

Referring a buyer to Quartz is straightforward. Reach out with the property or the buyer in mind, and we can take the installation conversation from there: site evaluation, scope, pricing, and timeline. Your role in the deal remains the same. Ours picks up where the installation question begins.

Disaster recovery

QTI is an authorized FEMA and NCORR contractor and partners with disaster recovery agencies and nonprofits on housing replacement work across the Carolinas. Our teams set the first home delivered through the RenewNC program for a family affected by Hurricane Helene, and we continue to perform installations alongside Samaritan’s Purse and other recovery partners. For realtors working in disaster-affected areas where families are rebuilding on their land, this experience translates into the compliance and speed that recovery projects require.

About QTI

Quartz Transport & Install is a licensed set contractor and an authorized manufactured home dealer with offices in Asheville, NC and Hartsville, SC. With a full-time, in-house team and vetted subcontractors, we install single and double wide manufactured homes across the Southeast, and we are fully licensed and insured in NC, SC, TN, and GA. If needed, as an authorized dealer, we can also help clients procure a home. Our involvement in a project can begin at any point, including before a home has been purchased.

We built our business around the turn-key model because the alternative left customers coordinating a string of separate vendors, navigating handoffs between them, and managing a disjointed schedule. A single team working under one schedule and one point of contact makes the installation process more efficient and less stressful for the client.

QTI is a Quartz Properties company. Together, the Quartz Properties companies deliver innovative housing solutions across the Southeast. Alongside QTI, the Quartz Properties companies include Quartz Modular, which provides modular set work and modular general contracting for builders, developers, and housing organizations; Quartz Communities, a residential community developer; and Quartz Rebuild, an agency and non-profit partner for repair and retrofit solutions.
